Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. When you place your order your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. Any conversions into other currencies on our site are approximate and for guidance only.
We accept Visa and, Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Orders must be paid for by credit card. Local import duties will be payable on receipt.
Packaging
Although we endeavour to display all of our products in the packaging in which you will receive them, please be aware that packaging may vary.
Delivery Schedule
We'd quite happily put your purchase into the wicker basket on the front of our big old black delivery bicycle and pedal on around to your house , but as this isn't really possible (unless you happen to be in Northampton) we entrust delivery to the postal service of our and your country. Ours is pretty good, so if you're in UK you'll get your goodies within three to four working days (next day if you go for SDS) and as an indicator, we deliver most of Europe within 7 days, but it may be longer. In the US and Canada you can expect to be munching on Chocaid goodies within two weeks. Let us know if you have any special postal requirements. Delivery costs for the UK are charged at £3.95 for a single item and £4.95 for two or more. Please note that we DO NOT deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will either make it or back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
If you are ordering from the US or Canada, your order will be shipped less 21% VAT where VAT is applied.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee, provided that items are returned in the original condition (i.e. uneaten-but we doubt you'll be able to resist the temptation of just a little nibble!).
